Energy Independence

     We, the undersigned citizens of the State of Pennsylvania propose that permission be granted to allow the production of facilities to convert nuclear power to electricity and coal conversion to gasoline in an effort to promote energy independence and lower energy costs.  We also propose that such facilities be owned and operated by U.S. citizens, and that they be exempt from any and all taxation or environmental regulations.  Such facilities would be held legally responsible for compensation of any environmental damage or health problems that may be caused by such facilities.
