Free Geronimo!

US officials are seeking the dismissal of a lawsuit brought against the government by Descendants of Apache leader Geronimo to recover his Remains.

The Descendants want to rebury Geronimo, who was buried in Oklahoma in 19o9, at the Apache Indian Prisoner of War Cemetery, in the land of his Ancestors, in his native land in New Mexico.

They are also seeking the return of body parts they say were stolen in 1918 or 1919 by a secret society at Yale University known as 'Skull and Bones Society'.

But Justice officials say the Law cited by the plaintiffs is

'not applicable'.

In February 2oo9, 2o Descendants of Geronimo filed a lawsuit against President Barack Obama, Secretary of Defense Robert Gates and Secretary of U.S. Army Peter Geren, in their capacity as federal officials.

Their lawsuit, which also named Yale University and the 'Skull and Bones Society' as defendants, alleged violations of a law passed in 199o to protect Native Americans' rights to the Remains of their Family members.

The lawsuit seeks the recovery of Geronimo's Remains from

'1oo years of imprisonment at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, the Yale University campus at New Haven, Connecticut and wherever else they may be'.

This refers to long-standing allegations that members of the 'Skull and Bones Society' (including Prescott Bush, the grandfather of George W. Bush) broke into Geronimo's tomb and stole his skull and other bones to KEEP IN THEIR CLUBHOUSE in New Haven.

Yale University, as respected instance, is repeatedly saying it does not have Geronimo's Remains and refuses to speak in the name of the 'Skull and Bones Society'.

'Scull and Bones Society' invites fifteen senior Yale University members to join each year.

The U.S. Justice Department has now filed a motion asking a federal Judge to

'dismiss the case'.

Officials contend that the lawsuit 'fails to identify any cause to waive the Government's sovereign immunity from being sued under the Native American Graves and Repatriation Act'.

They also argue that the law is not applicable as the plaintiffs do 'not allege that there has been any inadvertent discovery or intentional excavation of Geronimo's Human Remains or associated funerary objects since the enactment of (the act) in 199o'.

Geronimo, who was born in what is modern day New Mexico in 1829, was the most famous Apache Warrior.

He and his exhausted group of Fighters were surrounded by U.S. Army Forces in 1886, and forced to surrender. After twenty three years of 'living' in reservation campus, Geronimo died of pneumonia at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, on February 17th 19o9, and was buried at the Apache Indian Prisoner of War Cemetery.

   Without ANY Honors.

A 'human skull, fitted with a hinged flap and believed to have been used during voting at the secret society's meetings' was to be auctioned on January 22, 2o1o (estimated 'price' was $1o.ooo to $2o.ooo) at Christie%u2019s auction house, in New York, U.S.

Auction house said it also 'may have been displayed at the society's tomblike headquarters on Yale's campus in New Haven, Connecticut, during the late 1800s'.

Due to numerous letters and claims of many Concerned, the official answer from Christie%u2019s official, to whom a letter was written concerning this illegal sale (as between **), was received :

Christie's is using the loophole, obviously freely and without proper legal rights, of skull being offered and sold -as common object- before it has previously being examined by geneticists, without comparing the results with Geronimo%u2019s Descendants genetic findings, to comply to Law and Geronimo's Descendant's lawsuit, by which they are seeking the return of body parts stolen in 1918 or 1919 by 'Skull and Bones Society'.

Claiming the skull is 'three decades older%u2019 is not enough.

That must be proved, on Christie%u2019s and Skull and Bones Society%u2019s expense, for them to gain RIGHTS to sell it as such, and not play the game of continued deceives and humiliation of Those-Who-Came-Before-Them.

On Friday, January 22nd 2o1o, 'Scull and Bones Society' have pulled the human scull from the auction, previously offered to be auctioned in Christie's, due to 'title claim'.

Christie's auction house declined any further comment.

            Dear You-Who-Came-After-Them.

The time of covering Mistakes, as one of the most significant ways of creating the New World Order, has passed.

The time of covering those same Mistakes from that same World, and from all of those to whom those same Mistakes have been done, has passed, mostly thanking to Arise of Human Consciousness, and partially to the inevitable, but out from same Human Need, Evolution of Internet.

Today, it is literally impossible to cover up one('s) wrong deed, as soon as it is involving enough true Humans, again from Reasons of Evolution of Consciousness, which is happening all the time, in all parts of the World, whether it is a distant village who's inhabitants are still watching to the Skies to know will they have enough Water to survive until the next Rain, or in the very middle of civilized area, whatever that 'civilized' sometimes means.

This little World is, despite to all what is not yet done, or not even started happening, after all, moving in the direction which was there much before we, the Humans, only ones having the Power of Speech so developed and profound, were having that magnificent opportunity before us.

Words can make people smile or cry, be happy or sad, to laugh or mourn, to heal, or to kill.

Deeds done following the Words said before them, can not be undone.

Blood soaked by Earth, through the process of creation, whether it was the process of creation of new inhabiting area, or liberating the same, can not be turned into nothing else but Tears.

Human Lives, lost because of Ideals, can not be brought back.

But we can still use Words, to try to ease the Pain of those who can not wake up without it, nor fall asleep without Heart burning in Injustice.

Sometimes, but only sometimes, saying I am Sorry really helps.

To say I am Sorry, one must be big enough to confirm it, in any of so many Ways.

Sometimes, I am sorry can be said even out from Hearts of those before us, those very ones  whom have done something which deserves to be criticized all until nothing is done to try to make it better.

This little, lonely, fragile planet of Ours deserves that.

It is time to say I am Sorry.

   Free Geronimo.

   Let him find his Peace.

Let his People, his proud People, proud after everything done by Those-Who-Wanted-All, his People erased by genocide, to gather his Bones, and bury him under The Sun, as a true Warrior he was, with all the Honours he had deserved, so many times, in so many ways, fighting for his Ideals, for the Freedom of his humiliated People, just as there are so many who's sculptures are making this World remember how much Strength can lie in one, in only one,

True

Human

Being.

Set his Soul free, to roam endless prairies by Manitou's side.

Humiliation is not the way any more.

      Our dear You-Who-Came-After-Them.

Thank you for this glorifying sign of appreciating the Balance, as well as for everything you will do in Future, to make the Future better, happier, before all- possible, and for making this little planet of Ours, a better place to brag with.

   From very Hearts of Those-Who-Care-For-Honesty,

   Thank you for considering this
