Friends/Supporters of Ava Barzvi & Florence Reiter

Just this weekend the family of Florence Reiter, received court papers filed by a complete stranger Fred Wein, to Grandma Florence, hired by her neice and estranged daughter who lives in Israel and never calls or communicates with her... petitioning the Queens Court in Jamaica to appoint a guardian, and that Ava's precious, lovng, social grandmother should be taken away, sent to live in a cold hospital in florida with people she does not know. The cousin in Fl (who is not using her name but hired the stranger FRED live in Fl (also 87 yr old brother of Florence, Dad of the Cousin, Grandma's Brother, doesnt know whats going on, also lives in a veterans hospital there) are accusing (by the urging of Ava's Aunt) that Ava does not take good enough care of Florence, that she is living in unsafe conditions, and that Ava's motivation is for the financial support from her grandmothers small social security check! 
Anyone that knows Ava at all, and has seen her with her grandmother, knows that it is obviously untrue. Ava spends fun time with her grandmother at more than a few senior centers where her grandmother loves to dance, takes her out to concerts and other social outings, making sure she is with friends her own age. She also has many friends that are friends of Ava, who love her comedic company. 
Ava goes out of her way to make sure she cooks healthy food for her grandmother. Everything in her apartment is set up for the proper benefit of her grandmother, everything from the towel rod that used to be in her apartment, is now in the same spot on Ava's bathroom door. Yes the apartment may be small, but it is filled with love! Ava spends most of her time caring for her grandmother, because that is what they wanted!
