Get rid of weeded and trashy area drawing rats

  The Neighbor that loves at 6500 Woodrow Terrace whose lot actuals cut in to mine on a L shape about ten foot away from my house which has a wooden fence dividind us from his I actually own about 5 foot on the backside of has let his weeds grow and and undergrowth grow up and some small brushe trees which he "thinks" will grow in to Timber  but they are only underbrush refuses to cleanup this lot that remember l's into my lot and is actually only maybe 15 feet from my househas alot of Racoons ,Squirels,and various other wildlife which includes" RATS"
of which I have spotted eating holes in my fence at the Bottom. Which ruins my fence,and not only thst the rats have found a hole in my foundation in which they have nested and cost me $125.00 a treatment to kill from a pesticide put down by a pesticide company every three months or so. I'm not rich by any means considering I ' am disabled on socisl security which isnt much. I'm tired of paying for this but don't want the Rats. I have called the county which refuses to do anything about this.
 They did one time cut trhe weeds awy from my fwe3nce but they of course grew back and this guy living in the house at 6500 who by the way I have talked to several times seems to refuse to do anything. He has cot me money to treat for his rats and has ruined my fence. Also he build a fence which butts mine which is about five foot on my land. which I found out by accident while looking at my plat for a refiance. Now all I ask is that he replace my fence eaten through by the Rats and he take down the fence on my land and he do something to get rid of these Rats at his expense and pay me back for what treatment cost I have Incurredto get rid of these foul animals from my property which I will suppy the bills to him for and requir him to take down the fence on my land, Nd he needs tomy damagwed fencing.
