Reinstate Capitol Punishment and The Death Penality

Take a good hard look at the Justice system with its weak sentencing. The U.S. is continually building more and more prisons because more and more people are commiting crimes because the punishment is usually a slap on the wrist for first timers. My own brother inlaw killed a man with 9 shots to the head at point blank range and he only served 6 years. There is something wrong with that! If a person chooses to take a life they should have to give up their life. I dont mean lives lost due to accidents only where the killer deliberately chooses to take a life for any reason. This one area would help free up prison space and would also give the person a reason to think about if they take a life they give their life. I do believe it would make a difference and to the ones who dont care and do it anyway they will only be able to do it once. As far as capitol punishment I would like to see an eye for an eye a tooth for a tooth, in other words make the punishment fit the crime. Stop this crao of a slap on the wrist. What do you think about the victims and their familys feel when the criminal gets off easy? Its time to get tough and get these people off the streets for a long time if not permanently!
