help free chained dogs in hendersonville,N.C.

Please help the dogs in Hendersonville,N.C.,who have been sentenced to a life-time on the end of a chain. We are asking our City Council to pass an ordinance ammendment that would make unaccompanied chaining illegal. We ask that you be at least eighteen years of age,with a Hendersonville address.
