HELP WORKING HORSES IN DOMINICAN REPUBLIC

As a citizen of the DR, and a lover of animals please help me get laws enabled to protect our working horses.

Our horses across the DR are abused, work under horrible conditions for hours often with little or no food or water.

Their legs are tied with ropes so they cannot move or escape, often resulting in infections where the animal has to be destroyed.

As you look across our land, you can see these animals are starving and thirsty, poorly nourished and ill suffering from the abuse of their owners.
