    Some of the criteria's of H.R. 1529 (Second Chance for Ex-offenders of a non-violent federal offense) are you must have a GED/ high school diploma, paid all of your fines, stayed out of trouble after probation /parole, served a year of community service, refrained from alcohol or substance abuse dependency for a year and completion of any term of imprisonment or period of probation, meeting all conditions of a supervised release.
