Infidelity Should Be A Punishable Crime...

So many families are broken up, so many children are hurt over divorces caused by this issue.. when do we stop tearing apart our families with infidelity? when will it stop? answer is.. it won't. not until we put something in writing making it a punishable offense.. doesn't it make sense to keep family values and our children at the top of our priorities? it does to me absolutely. if our children and famiies are worth the infidelity, then why not punishment by the offender? even i would accept punishment if i was cheating on my husband. we stand by our bill of rights and declaration of independence and the bible against gay/lesbian weddings.. why not this? this is far more damaging to the family and our children then gay/lesbian marriage ever could be.. take a stand, help me make dishonest and untrustworthy spouses suffer consequences for their actions, our children and families do, why not the offender? help me get rid of " no fault" divorces in California. Our families mean more to us than to brush it under the carpet. Our Children suffer, that is the first priority reason to petition for this. will you help me? we can do this!  :)
