Is It Fair I Be Denied?

I quit work last year to take care of my mother who became ill. I went to the Department of Socia Services in my area to apply for EBT benefits and I received them at that time. I recently went back to reapply for my benefits and I was denied! I was denied my benefits becuase I started online college classes to get a degree in Health Information Technology. I decided to pursue my college education because I had the time while caring for my mother. Do you feel this was a fair decision made by the Department of Social Services? Please sign my petition if you feel this was an ufair act!
