Keep ATWT on the air

Sadly, it was announed that CBS will be dropping ATWT in September 2010. Please sign the petition to keep As The World Turns on the air instead of some game show to take it's place, as did when Guiding Light was cancelled. There are plenty of other daytime soaps to get rid of if time slots are needed. As the World Turns has been on the air too long, and we as loyal viewers feel as if the characters are part of our household family.
Please keep ATWT on the air! Pass this around and have all your friends and family sig up
After hearing about the cancellation of ATWT, we felt the need to show our support to the cast and crew of our longtime tv family. PLease keep ATWT on the air. For those of us who work during the day, we stand by and tape every show, every day to keep up with the drama of our beloved characters.
It is a much needed break from our own misfortunes to see these characters go throught the drama of their outlandish lives. It is pure entertainment and we feel as if these people are part of our extended family.
To take them from us as we have watched the show for so many years is a heartbreak. I am sure there are more soaps we can watch on other networks, and NO a gameshow will NOT be a good substitute, but Luinda and Lilly, Carly, Jack and even Craig will be missed as if there dead.
PLease do not kill our favorite daytime family.
