Let the Military try the Guantanamo Bay prisoners and send them to Alcatraz after their convictions.

We obviously do not have the same type of laws concerning war criminals and how to try them like at the Hague. Congress needs to pass the appropriate legislation to let the Military tribunals try them in their courts in concert with the laws concerning what we can do with captured potential criminals that are on international hold and cannot be sent back to their countries because of being tortured or killed. We also cannot put them in our federal or military prisons since their lives are in danger there also.I feel that we can re-open Alcatraz prison outside of San Francisco to put the ones that get convicted of whatever charges they're facing from the Military since it would be a lot harder for them to escape from there and there are no American prisoners there for them to try to draft into their terrorist policies like Congress, the President, and the Supreme Court are worried about. We can't close Guantanamo Bay prison down until Congress votes on something like this to settle the issue.
