lower satilite bills

When the satilite companies caome into Kentucky they promised lower prices than the cable bills. They did untill a few years later then all that was forgotten and cable companies started compitition and they both raised the price. Most of the programs found you get on other channels and the reruns are unreal. The satilite companies need to have at least chanels people can enjoy without all the advertizing. Are we paying  satilite bills or comercial bill. We need this changed, this is not right to people paying for repeates or music. We can turn the radio on to hear music. Help change this so we can have a least a new movie to watch in the winter time. HELP ME CHANGE THIS.
