Petition For A Monster High Comic Book Series
This is a proposal that Mattel, Inc. create a comic book series featuring the characters from the 'Monster High' line of merchandise.
We the undersigned, wish that you consider creating an original comic book series based on the 'Monster High' merchandise line. We feel that such a comic would appeal to both the children and adults previously interested in the line. It could also appeal to those who are interested in the series from a story standpoint, but not in collecting the dolls.
With an ever-broadening world, there is enough room in the 'Monster High' realm for both web episodes and a traditional comic book. Comics would also repeal some of the time restraints on story lines as well as being less constraining artistically as flash animation. Both Disney and DreamWorks have recently dipped their feet into comic book creations which have appealed to both the young and the old. We feel that this would be very enjoyable for the fans and a lucrative endeavor for your company.
