I wrote to the U.S. Postmaster to suggest a "Write A Real Letter" Day.  People have lost the art of letter writing in our fast-paced technological society.  If you agree, please sign it and let's get those letters out to relative and friends we haven't been in touch with for a while. It will bring a smile to their face and they can pay it forward.
I am hoping this goes viral!  Thank you!
Here is the letter I emailed to the Postmaster General:

Although I am ironically e-mailng  you, Sir or Madam, I would like to suggest that the United States Post Office sponsor a "Write A Real Letter Day."  The art of letter writing is becoming extinct and I believe everyone should experience the joy of a true, from the heart letter written in the hand of a friend or loved one.
And perhaps the USPS can also sell some beautiful stationery that these letters can be written on.
   I know I will participate.
