Xbox 360 warranty extension for video output problem

Sign this petition of you are one of the MANY people with an Xbox 360 that won't display video, only sound, and are out of warranty. The problem is weird fuzzy green lines and distortion on the screen and then, when you restart the system, it won't display any video on the tv. This is annoying since it doesn't cause the "three red lights" problem but is MOST DEFINITELY a hardware failure(my opinion).  Therefore, it is not covered by the extended warranty. Help me fix this problem and MAKE Microsoft extend the warranty for this problem too!!!   T H A N K S
