Officer Robert Powell should be on UNPAID leave Dallas Police Department

As the story goes, an overzealous police officer in Dallas Texas, namely, Officer Robert Powell, detained a man outside the hospital for twenty minutes while his mother in law passed away inside the hospital. The man had run a red light, but upon explaining to the officer, the officer continued to hold him for the citation, and at one point had un-holstered his weapon.

To make a long story short, Officer Powell is now on administrative leave WITH PAY. This does not deserve pay, this video is all over the internet. The good citizens of Dallas Texas should be able to choose if this officer acted inappropriately and should continue to receive pay while this "goes away". Please sign the petition and make a stand for what is right.
