Stop Bell Canada's throttling of bit torrent traffic!

Currently, Bell Canada customers are forced to endure download speeds of around 30/kbs when using a bit torrent client. What Bell doesn't realize are the legitimate and very legal uses for bit torrent, but unfortunately they simply look at music and movie downloads.
Sign this petition and support the removal of Bell Canada's throttling of bit torrent traffic. First bit torrent, then what?

We the undersigned are sick and tired of the bandwidth throttling being forced upon us by Bell Canada.
Bit torrents should not be throttled, and 100,000 people agree!
Cut out this practice, or prepare to lose a lot of customers.
