Pet Abuse: Why?

  • mottagare: I just want to know why people do it...
I have seen people abuse and neglect their pets on TV all the time. It's not fair, and it's not right. The animals seem so lonely and pained... it make me sad, and  don't even know the animal.

I just wanted to ask two things:

1. Why do people do such things?
2. How can I help stop it?
