Petition - Add a "DISLIKE" button on Facebook comments

Have you ever read a Facebook comment and wanted to hit the "Dislike" button that is supposed to be beside the "Like" button...but could not find it? This is because there isn't one.  This results in me actually writing, "I do not like this" in the comment section. Let's all band together and fight for a "Dislike" button on the comment section of Facebook! Pass this important piece of social legislation to all of your friends and demand the DISLIKE button!!
