Please Read

I would like to start this petition, for all the innocent children out there. I recently watched one of the most diturbing video's I've ever seen. Where a child was beaten and tortured by his mothers boyfriend and eventually killed. He was a toddler. I think and I hope alot of you out there feel the same way. If the law would just shoot and get rid of these criminals there would be less crime. I know we have a constitution to follow. Maybe since it's almost 2010,things should change. It is so disturbing that a person can kill someone and then  you and I get to house them, feed them, and educate them. And I can hardly afford to live myself, but by God they are comfortable. It only cost a few cents for a BULLET!!!!!!!  Atleast I have the freedom of speech, and I am gonna let all my opinions be heard. Do it for the innocent victims. Sign my Petition!!!!!!!!!
