Reinstate funding for the Work Advantage program in NYC

I, as would many of our fine citizens, like the Work Advantage Program to be reinstated.
This program is the only thing standing between most people living in an apartment or going to the shelter. To be on the W.A. Program you must be employed and a pay a percentage of your rent. It last two years. It is just long enough to find a stable job and  go to a training school/ged program or college. Most of the people in the shelter are there because of bad choices but the creation of the work advantage program was a great choice that was taken away too soon.
