'Security Guards' In WA Need To Get Their Act Together

Here in Australia,WA, 'Security Guards' say that it is alright to abuse children just as long as it is not above the waist.
These kind of 'Security Guards' are the kind that even if you point the parent/s out to them, even if they have seen the abuse themselves but the attack is not above the waist then they will not bother and  even if the attack IS above the waist but they do not see it happen they still will not bother.
This is not right and it needs to stop.
I have made a few of these because I want as many signatures as possible to help try and prevent this incredible injustice from continuing.Obviously we cannot stop it altogether but we can encourage the Australian Government to take some action and make these lazy,gutless people TRY.These people do not try because they know that they can get away with not trying,because nobody is telling them to try. The reason why there are so many kids getting abused in WA is because these sick people for parents know that they can get away with it here.
This is one of the major reasons why I am not proud to be an Australian.Abused children get no justice,hardly ever.Millions of kids get abused and continue to be because of people like this,like these 'Security Guards' who are nothing but cowards in a uniform with a high ego.
