Sobh Automotive - future site 141 & Majors Rd

ZA  #3510 - Rezoning of property on corner of Peachtree Pkwy/141 and Majors Rd. 

Variance requested by Sobh Automotive of Cumming, INC  
- Variance to allow display of vehicles along 69% of the frontage along   HWY 141.
- Variance allow parts truck deliveries anytime.
- Variance to allow 25ft replanted buffer against school property.
- Variance to allow for the planting of shrubs to be maintained at 20 in. in 
height.     

We the undersigned and citizens of Forsyth County, believe that Sobh Automotive should follow the UDC and Peachtree Overlay and not be allowed any variances.  Also, we would like to see a 100 ft planted buffer against the Shiloh Point Elementary School property.  Thank you for hearing the voices of Forsyth County.
