Statehood for Puerto Rico.

This is exclusively a civil rights issue. After more than a century living under the American flag and defending it with their lives in various foreign theaters of war, American citizens from Puerto Rico cannot vote for the President of the US and have no representation in Congress! Why? Special interests groups and legislator's ignorance about P.R. and its people. Perhaps the individual citizens can inform their representation in the federal Congress, like they did in the last election. Don't get me wrong, I am still a moderate Republican, a free thinker and a firm believer in equality for ALL American citizens. Statehood now!
