Stop customer abuse by Best Buy

Best Buy is one of the nation's largest providers of home appliances, electronics, computers and office goods and services. Yet, many of Best Buy's corporate business practices and customer service (some might say "lack of customer service") has left many people in Maryland angry. If you are one of those Best Buy customers who feels manipulated by "bait and switch" tactics, been the victim of Best Buy's refusal to honor your extended warrenty contract, been billed for services you did not request, bought used or refurbished appliances that fail quickly, bought appliances as new but "out of the box", but in fact were recycled, or feel that you have been cheated in any way, please sign this petition and share your story. 

The States Attorney General and Divisions of Consumer Protection in other states have already brought successful class action suits against Best Buy for fraudulent business practices.  We need that kind of protection here in Maryland.

Many of us have shopped at Best Buy, endured shoddy treatment, purchased defective goods, and been denied appropriate customer service. Many of us simply went home grumbling, and took the loss. Perhaps we made up our minds not to shop at Best Buy again, but never persued legal action against Best Buy.

I have already filed a complaint against Best Buy with the MD Consumer Protection Division.  I would like to bring additional evidence of wrongdoing by Best Buy to the MD Attorney General's Office and assist them is taking action to stop customer abuse by Best Buy.
