TD Banknorth Garden is stealing our money!

I like many people opened an account at Bank of NH a few years back, and I like many people again, made the switch when they became TD Banknorth.
My husband and I, as well as families and friends are tired and frustrated with the unfair and poorly explained fees.
For example, last night when checking my account online, it clearly stated a total of $25 in my account, after everything pending. And this morning, not even 12 hours later, I am $180 in the negative because of a huge $140 fee that was rudely explained to me as a pending tranaction, although I never saw it and still do not see it.
The customer service is poor in our opinion, and these huge fees are just unjust and unfair in this economy. They have taken my families money away too many times. It feels like they hold checks until you make a charge and then they clear it so that you WILL go in the negative.
This has happened too many times to count.
Please if you have been treated unfairly, unjust and are tired of these ridiculous fees. Sign this petetion.
I am cancelling my account tonight at my local branch and I suggest you do the same before they withdraw your rent or grocery money.
Thanks to TD Banknorth, my family will be hungry this week to come, and rent will be late.
