TIBETS sovereignty restored, ICC-indictment occupator

About 60 years ago the independent nation of TIBET was illegally invaded and since occupied/oppressed by a neighbouring country.
Its legal Head of State, the Dalai Lama, lives with the government in exile in India.
Western Europe was illegally invaded and occupied for about 5 years in the 1940's and freed by the allies.
Where are the allies to free TIBET?
What are they doing? they collaborate with TIBETS occupators and hence they have TIBETAN blood on their hands.
It's high time for the indictment of the occupator before the International Criminal Court for illegal invasion of Tibet, relicide, torture, abduction, genocide and other crimes against humanity;
The occupator has NO LEGAL JURISDICTION IN TIBET and owes 8 billion euro's of compensation to the TIBETAN people.
For way less than this indictments before the ICC took place ...
