Ugandan Government SHould Treat Its Heart Patients

Over 2000 heart patients at the Uganda heart Institute need surgery costing over Ugx 50 Million. Given the poverty levels in Uganda and known to the whole world, all these patients are destined to lose their lives. Support his cause by calling on the government of Uganda to treat its citizens like it has ever promised. This is a call to government to walk its talk.
