    We represent your customers and main source of business. We ask that you recall these collars and improve your testing and quality assurance policies to ensure the safety and well-being of our pets. Without us you have
no sales and we will take it upon ourselves to protest the continued sale and promotion of any products that cause harm to our beloved pets. Thank you in advance for your rectifying this situation immediately.
