House Party with DJ music until 1am on April 27,2013

Hello, My Name is Melissa Guzman, I am your neighbor that lives at theabove address. I am hosting a surprise birthday party for my father on April 27,2013. I would like to have your cooperation in making this possible. I hired a Disc Jockey to play music and would like to have the music playing from 6pm until 1am(being the latest). I would really appreciate your approval in making this possible. I respect your decision. I am doing this out of respect to all my neighbors. 
Ps- Since a DJ is expensive, I would not want the police to come and stop the music, since this happend to me in the past. Thank you so much!!!! Have a wonderful day.
