Demand a College Education for all Individuals on Tempoary assistance for Needy Families"

Individuals are not allowed to obtain higher education, if you are on Welfare. You are required to work at a worksite for your benefits. Individuals work 30-75 hours a week cleaning parks and city streets. Case workers are telling individuals they can not go to college even if they have a high school diploma. Case workers are telling participants that college education is not in compliance with the program, even though Temporary Assistance and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Employment Plan January 1,2016-December 31, 2017 was created o allow participants an opportunity for college education and a better quality of life.
