Demand for Ralph Schwarz to be removed from the house

As employees who are lworking for celebrity mansions and living in the various houses, we feel it unfair that Ralph (Frederick) Schwarz is allowed to lay around in the house, sleeping most if not all of the days away and basically just taking up space for those who are able and willing to work. He does not attempt to make his situation better by going out or waking up to attempt to obtain employment. Besides the above, he is able to care for himself with help from the county and state and should therefore move on and do such.
