IN SOUTH KOREA, ALL PEOPLE AGED 17 HAVE TO PROVIDE 10 FINGERPRINTS TO MAKE ID CARD

    South Korea, In 1970's Government established the law that all people have to register their personal information. Due to this law, All Korean People aged 17 have to provide 10 fingerprints to make their ID Card. This is violence of Privacy of person! And All Korean Residents have 13 digits Residents' number(Integrated Version of SSN and ID NUMBER). Koreans' information managed by this number. Using this number all information about a person can be searched!
