A vital teacher at Howard W. Blake High School is being let go and it will have deteremental effects on the students and the theatre department as a whole.

Due to budget cuts, the Hillsborough County Public School has wrongfully dismissed a teacher that has touched the lives of many. The costume department is a place where kids who don't "fit in" feel at home and safe. The lack of reasoning and logic behind this horrible decision is only adding to the students' anger and sadness.

The students of Blake High will NOT allow this important part of our school to be eliminated. The Howard W. Blake High School Theatre Department urges anyone who sees this to please sign this petition and help out the student body .
