Stop the Government of Sudan from Killing its Own People!

In the Nuba Mountains of Sudan, over 500,000 Nuban people are being targeted by their government in what appears to be an ethnic cleansing campaign. They are being bombed daily and indiscriminately. All escape routes have been cut off. Food and medical supplies are being blocked from reaching the people. This cannot continue! We are asking the American government, President Obama and our Congress, to apply pressure on the Sudanese government to end these criminal human rights abuses and killings.
We, concerned citizens of America and the global community, are asking you to recognize the suffering of the Nuba People of Sudan. They are being targeted by their own government in what appears to be an ethnic cleansing campaign. They are being bombed. All aid in the form of food and medical supplies has been cut off. Escape routes have been blocked. It is a fact that the President of Sudan Omar al-Bashir and the Governor of South Kordofan Ahmed Haroun are indicted criminals by the International Criminal Court. We are asking you to please apply pressure to the government of Sudan to stop these killings and human rights abuses.
