Jeffrey Millican vs. Ashley Lauranzana

I am petitioning because I need full or partial custody of my daughter Aliyah Millican. I have evidence showing why she is not safe staying with her mother and that I am better parent for her.
I have a room for her, transportation, and a well paying job, so I will be able to assume all the responsibilities while taking care of her. It's been over a year since I've seen her and I would like to have custody.
