Winter parking in rear ot Condiminum Corp. # 9 on Gordon Street.

We who live in Condiminum Corp. # 9, 725 South James St. require access to parking space while our parking lot is being plowed after each significant snow fall.

In past winters residents parked their vehicles along the south side of Gordon Street, which runs along the rear of the Condiminum, while snow ploughing was being done in our parking lot.  Last winter several residents were issued a parking ticket for parking there.  We, the residents of Condiminium Corp. # 9, have very little choice as to where to park our vehicles during winter snow removal from our parking lot.

We, the undersigned residents of this location, petition the Thunder Bay Parking Authorities to allow us to park our vehicles along the south side of Gordon Street during times that our parking lot is being ploughed following significent winter snow falls.
