We demand for the city of Nolanville and Bell County to keep our children safe from flood waters.

Matthew Lorenzo Natal, a smart funny, kind AWESOME 11 year old boy lost his life due to a flood in the city of Nolanville. Five months has passed and there is no progress on an area that has serious neglect of warning signs from a DANGER that is real, so real that it took a young life. Texas has rain and when the rain pours the cities flood, there is No education for the community of Nolanville or Bell County on the serious danger that comes from heavy rain and flooding in our communities.
Please do not allow my son's life to end in vain join my family and I in demanding some warning signs and education in our schools and community about flash floods.
