FIGHT AGIANIST PARENTS ON DRUGS WITH KIDS

I have found over the years that kids whose parents are on drugs and recieving welfare are being neglected by everyone around them. If you call the cops or government officials they always seem to not do anything about it and the kids are in a worse situation we need to start helping these kids get out of these homes and not just because the parent cleaned the house before you got there of bought food or scared them into saying it was ok that should not be enough please help me to stand up for these kids and sign below
