Stop the DNA' mishandling of woman who are raped.

  People should sign this petition, because in Detroit alone.  Thousands of Woman who were raped, went through the process to have a DNA test Done, their bodies a crime scene.  These Rape kits Are collecting dust For some its been 2 decades. 20 years of NOT confirming the test results. they are sitting in a closet, collecting dust, while the rapist goes free to keep committing rapes.  How many across the UNITED STATES who knows. why must we the JUSTICE SYSTEM continue to RAPE THE RIGHTS OF WOMAN.  We need to get these Rape kits analized and the person who committed the rape off the streets, not 20 yrs free to committee rapes.    Please Stop this injustice to woman all across the United States.
