Smart feature to be option to include in TVs or not

For how much TVs have improved and are continuing to do so, the high prices to pay for them isn't without a feature not many would want with it: Smart (a feature that have built in features like Netflix, Internet, etc.). This feature being included automatically means that consumers don't have a choice to want it or not, but have to purchase a much smaller sized TV just to get one without the Smart features. Their are consoles or streaming boxes like Roku/Apple TV/etc. that not only offer more especially with different controls/functions, but could be the kind of device they originally prefer and plenty of ways to stream content compared to smart (it could be cheaper to based on the choices). TV companies can still make a profit if they just introduce a large sized TV without Smart, after all, their are different choices with TVs based on everything else.
