Stop the disc golf expansion in Warner Park!!

The disc golf club in Manhattan, KS are wanting to expand the current 9 hole course into an 18 hole course, which will take up a significant portion of the park. The land was donated in hope to retain the native environment, which is what makes Warner Park so unique! I'm not sure that the current expansion project with cement tee pads & wire baskets fits into this native environment. I am proposing that the disc golf club look at other areas in Manhattan to expand rather than Warner Park. Two possible areas could be the new Roger Schultz Park (which has 70 acres of undeveloped land) or even another course out at Tuttle Creek State Park.
