demand the end to 0845 numbers for government buildings

people should sign this petition to make an end of overly expensive calls which in fact cost more than they should when people are constantly put on hold....people on low incomes cant always afford these charges and many dont possess a home phone so calls are forced to be made by mobile phone...its time for companies to use the 03 numbers which in fact are a lot cheaper and its BIG TIME that governments started realising that not all can afford the extortinate costs
