The Australian governing bodies such as IGA and ACMA can press relevant charges to the illegal casinos that Australians have fallen victim to. 2. Australian banks are to respond to a refund immediatly if a customer has raised issues with addiction
3. Australian banks are not to engage with VISA or MASTERCARD to illegal offshore gambling sites that are not in Australia
4. Australian banks are not to receive payments or payouts by offshore illegal gambling sites operating in Australia.
5. No harm preventatives or incorporated procedures to deal with issues of online addiction by the banks
6. Banks have cash advance limits, banks have forgone there statutory rights and obligations to Australian customers, and profited on the suffered and death of many Australians.
