DEBBIE MCADEN, Principal of HAMLIN MIDDLE SCHOOL, is being reassigned from Hamlin Middle School without cause and at a time that the Hamlin Community is experiencing academic success and community cohesiveness that is imperative to student success and family support.
DEBBIE MCADEN is a tireless advocate for the entire Hamlin Middle School community of students, teachers, families, and staff. She never loses site of her mission that %u201Call children can learn%u201D and inspires her teachers and staff to continually explore ways to engage all students in learning at Hamlin. As a result, Hamlin%u2019s TAKS scores continue to improve in all subject areas and she is not going to leave ONE CHILD BEHIND. These scores are not simply a number to report to the district but they represent many very individual stories of student success. Every one of these stories is personally important to DEBBIE MCADEN.
DEBBIE MCADEN emphasizes that we are only as successful as our most struggling student and explores many ways to confront the complex issues impacting schools today. In short, she seizes these opportunities to improve the school and this community of learners that include parents and grandparents. Through DEBBIE MCADEN%u2019S leadership, Hamlin Middle School has become a leader among middle schools by accepting and embracing new initiatives such as the TIP grant.

The teachers, administration, staff, and parents of HAMLIN MIDDLE SCHOOL strongly disagree with the decision of the CORPUS CHRISTI INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT and implore you to reconsider this devastating decision and reinstate DEBBIE MCADEN as the Principal of Hamlin Middle School.
