Help families of inmates dying in prisons

It’s policy if a inmate is in a hospitol dying to not allow any visitors. My son was dying in a Federal Facility and they of course wouldn’t let us in. When I found out I called Senator Hatch from Utah. They made a few calls and our entire family with the exception of two went to see him. Most of his children most
Of his brothers and sisters and myself, my ex husband and his wife. He was chained to the bed arms and legs. He couldn’t get out of bed, he was too sick but thats OK. We got there, yes we did and I was able to mourn when he passed 2 weeks later. But I know he went in peace knowing we were able to see him. There were eleven of us, it helped everyone of us. I want to make it possible to help other families to be able to do the same. I want call it “Leno’s Law”
