HELP PROTECT THE PATENTS OF U.S. CITIZENS

Annie Minter and Betty Brown invented a Vehicle and Cargo Security Inspection System that was researched, developed and implemented by the United States Governments Departments of Homeland Security and the Department of Energy without notice to them and without acknowledging the use when Ms. Minter and Ms. Brown offered to license the patent to the Departments.  We ask that you sign this petition to show your support for the patent rights of Ms. Minter, Ms. Brown and other citizens who might be similarly affected.

      By doing so, you let the congress know that you expect fairness from our government and if it chose to use the patent of a U.S. citizen it must provide notice to the citizen and make a reasonable offer of compensation!
