This is a complete impedement on women's rights. These women are serving time already as a consequence to their crimes. Sterilizing them should be prohibited in all states of the U.S. as sterilization takes away their basic rights to freedom and in no way is listed or agreed to by a lawyer in their sentencing requirements. This is an intollerable, unethical law and unjust to all women who are serving time for their offenses.
