Illegal fireworks

Every year illegal fireworks in Richmond California is bad. Majorities of Richmond residents have pets. Annoying for us humans and also for our dogs and cats. Animal cruelty.
I already wrote written complaints to ex Mayor Gayle and twice to Mayor Butt and nothing happened. Last July 4 create fires. 36 fires in Contra Costa Country. Fireworks in our area until past 1am.
Residents of Richmond had enough. Need to stop.
